Next Event - HMS Collingwood Open Day

Hi everyone

Our next event is a special one where we will have a stand at the HMS Collingwood Open Day and Field Gun Competition on Saturday 5th June 2010 from 9.00am. We will be selling a wide range of Lifeboat branded souvenirs and gifts. Look out for our Souvenir Sales Caravan - you cannot miss it!

Branch Annual General Meeting

Hi everyone

Just a quick note to advise that our Branch AGM is tonight at the Sarisbury Green Community Centre at 7.30pm. We will be providing a report on the Branch's activities over the past year and a member of the RNLI's fundraising team will also be reporting on their activities over the last 12 months too. Please come and join us for a fun and informative evening.

Happy New Year & SOS Day Event

Dear everyone

I would just like to wish all of our Branch members, supporters and helpers a happy, safe and prosperous New Year.

We are in the planning stages for our 2010 events calendar and further details of our forthcoming events will follow shortly, but in the meantime I do have news of our next event which is in support of the RNLI's National SOS Day, which is a skittles evening entitled "Smash Our Skittles" at the Crofton Pub in Stubbington, near Fareham, on Thursday 6th February 2010 from 7.00pm. The cost will be £8.00 which includes a main course meal and several games of skittles. If you can make it and help us raise some much needed funds for the SOS Day appeal then please contact Jenny Robinson for tickets on 01329 310651. Hope to see you there!

Autumn Update

Hello everyone

Just wanted to quickly remind you all that our next event is on Saturday 31 October 2009 - we will have our sales stand at the Lockswood Centre in Locks Heath from 8.30am until 3.30pm (ish), selling the whole range of Lifeboat branded Christmas Cards, Calendars, 2010 Diaries, as well as our usual wide range of Lifeboat branded souvenirs and gifts. This will be an excellent opportunity to purchase your cards and gifts in preparation for Christmas, which is now only just over two months away! Please look for our stand, which is usually located outside the Co-Op superstore.

Branch Flag Day - this Saturday!

Hi everyone, well we had a very successful time with our sales stand in Fareham Shopping Centre this week and we are now preparing for this weekend's event, which is the Model Steam weekend in Titchfield, near Fareham. Again we will have the full range of lifeboat souvenirs and gifts on sale so if you are planning to visit this event please do pop by our stand and say hello to our team. And you never know, the sun may shine for a change too.

Hi everyone, this is the new RNLI Locks & District Branch website Blog.

New this week we have our stand selling the wide range of RNLI branded souvenirs and gifts located inside Fareham Shopping Centre. You will find us in the main thoroughfare leading down from Cafe Giardino right outside The Body Shop. If you are in Fareham this week between Monday and Wednesday please do pop along and see us. We may have just the thing you are looking for as that perfect gift or treat. Also, with the school summer holidays now upon us you will find that we have a wide selection of toys to make that summer trip to the beach perfect fun for all with buckets and spades, kites and toy boats. We also have a selection of RNLI caps to protect from the sun (when it appears!) and a selection of bags to carry your goodies home.

We also have the latest range of RNLI branded souvenirs and gifts and this is therefore a good opportunity to see what is new.
